Lucy Gulwell - Mortgage And Protection Adviser


Mum of one, Lucy is the founder and Director of Creating Mortgage Solutions.  Lucy has over 17 years experience within the Financial Services industry and after making the leap of becoming a self employed Mortgage Broker in 2017, her goal and ambition was to always work around her daughter Freya.  That ambition is now reality and she wouldn't change it for the world.

If you ever see Lucy on her social media she is very family orientated, enjoys spending time at her local shops, beaches, parks and absolutely LOVES a holiday.

Andrew Joyce - Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Andrew is a Mortgage and Protection adviser for Creating Mortgage Solutions. Andrew has worked in the mortgage industry for over 18 years and has vast experience of different aspects of the mortgage market. Andrew is an expert in the Adverse Credit and Buy To Let market from working in the industry for 4 and a half years so nothing can phase him.


In Andrew’s spare time he loves spending time with his family and catching up with friends. He does enjoy watching sport if the kids ever let him especially now (in his words) he is now to old and unfit to take part in it.

Sarah Wilson - Mortgage Administrator 

Sarah is the Mortgage Administrator for Creating Mortgage Solutions, she has over 36 years experience within the Financial Services industry. Sarah deals with the processing of all mortgage business from application stage to completion making sure that everything is handled smoothly.  She is the real Boss!

Sarah in her own time loves gardening, if she isn't looking after her Grandchildren she will be in her garden making sure its looking colourful.
