lucygulwell0

Simple ways to improve your score ⬆️⬆️ If you currently have a low credit or bad credit score due and you are looking to improve here, I have provided 5 tips but here are many more to think about.

Getting yourself ready for a mortgage application is vital and most importantly putting yourself in the best possible position.

- Prove where you live and get yourself registered on the electrol roll

- Build your credit history, if you have little or no credit history it can make it difficult to assess you

- Always check to see that there are NO mistakes on spelling or your addresses

- - Make payment reliably and on time, make sure you have a direct debit set up so you dont get any missed or late payments, which will affect your score

- Keep your credit utilisation low and not by the credit limits, this will look negative on your credit file

- Check there is no fraudulent activity on your account

- Do not take any pay day loans out

- Check to see if you have any CCJs or anything else that could affect your file, if so clear them or dispute them if you don't think they should be there

- Sign up to review and regularly check on your file

- Do not make multiple applications for credit
