⚠️ Warning ⚠️

Estate agents demanding you get pre- qualified by their in-house mortgage broker, is becoming more and more common!!

Have you experienced this recently?

Have you been told this and automatically gone to their broker?

Are you selling your property with an estate agent that implements this?

Listen up now......

You can not be forced to use their mortgage broker, AND If you are selling your property with an estate agent that forces this, then they will be stopping offers coming forward to you.

This is why I work with the estate agents that I do. There's no pressure, and they are not forceful, but they will advise you to speak to me if you haven't got your mortgage approved already.
