Help to Buy Wales has been extended and from the 1st of April, here is a breakdown of the new requirements:


šŸ” property value maximum at Ā£300k

šŸ” property needs to be a minimum of B EPC rating

šŸ” 5% deposit required with the government providing 20% shared equity loan

šŸ” 5 years interest free on the equity loan

šŸ” must meet the help to buy and lenders criteria and affordability calculations
