By working with me, you’ll have a dedicated Mortgage Broker who is there for you from start to finish — and beyond completion. I'll take the time to understand your circumstances, explain your options in plain English, and ensure you always feel informed and confident in your decisions.
2. Getting you mortgage-ready
Before you start viewing properties, we’ll review your full financial picture together. This helps us determine how much you can comfortably afford and how much you may be able to borrow. I’ll then research the market to source a lender and product that best suits your needs, priorities, and future plans. Once agreed, I’ll secure a Decision in Principle, giving you credibility when making an offer and helping you move quickly when the right property comes along.
3. Confident house hunting
With your budget confirmed and your Decision in Principle in place, you can search for your new home with confidence. You’ll know exactly where you stand financially — and I’ll be on hand if your circumstances change, you have questions, or you need advice during negotiations.
4. Support through to completion — and beyond
From submitting your full mortgage application through to completion, I’ll manage the process, liaise with lenders and solicitors where needed, and keep things moving. Even after you’ve moved in, I’ll be here to support you with future reviews, remortgages, or next steps.
