8.38 million people (16%) have experienced adverse credit in the last 3 years.

How about that for statistics - make sure you keep reading!

Pepper Money released some statistics back in September regarding adverse credit and how its continuously on the rise over the last few years.  The biggest impact has been the costs of living rises and these have effected more people than you think.  If you are one of those in the 16% please remember this does not define you and WILL NOT stop you from obtaining a mortgage.

46% Of all those who say they’ve missed a credit payment, nearly half say they have gone on to miss more than 1 payment.

1.76 million people with adverse credit are planning to buy a property in the next 12 months.

We are here to navigate and guide you through the whole process and this is why you should be using a mortgage broker and as an experience broker with adverse credit history I am happy to help you.

If you, or you know someone that has experienced adverse and feel they will never obtain a mortgage then get in touch today, we are here to put the negatives into positives.
